ALBA – Luso-Brazilian Association of Ayurvedic
Alba inherited the work of the Ayurvedic Association of Brazil, which, since 1990, had publicized Ayurvedic. In addition, it was also the first implementing Ayurveda in Portugal. We also provide services in the area of body therapies where, as a result, basic and advanced training courses are included in various modalities. It also provides space for members to serve their clients.
International Association of Yoga Teachers of Brazil
Grounded in the precepts of Yoga, the “Yogashala” is a house of courses aimed at restoring the balance of man pressed by modern society.
Like Yoga, it proclaims union and interaction, between physical, intellect and mind with the surrounding nature. This union acts as a tool to regain skill in action and achieve a liberating experience.
Narayana Yoga Studies Center
It was established to create a standard of professional and ethical conduct and training for the teaching of Yoga Science to be maintained at its highest level. It has a Code of Ethics that offers teachers and practitioners and determines the course to be followed by all those who intend to develop and preserve the study and practice of Yoga in order to achieve a common ideal.

The European Association of Yoga Practitioners, Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda, European non-profit organization, was founded during the implementation of the European Convention of Yoga, Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda in Lisbon in 2006, with the sponsorship of the Brazilian Portuguese Association of Ayurvedic and Associated Disciplines. He also counted on its foundation with the seal of the International Yoga Federation and other international organizations, European and non-European.
